COMPENSATION: - $19-$23

Position Summary:

Seeking dedicated people with the desire to learn and build a career while exceeding the highest quality and safety standards. Plant laborers will ensure safe, efficient, and proper navigation of kiln operations and assist in the maintenance of the plant.

Essential Functions:

1. Clean equipment and facilities.
2. Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
3. Check equipment oils and fluids.
4. Assist with the ready-mix operations.
5. Perform routine maintenance on plant equipment.
6. Assist with dismantling of equipment.
7. Maintain cleanliness of work area.
8. Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures while performing duties.
9. Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school education or GED equivalent.
