Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Laborer in Gillette, WY to support yard operations, organize materials, and assist with general labor tasks. Shift is 7am–5pm, Monday–Friday; ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working outdoors. Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

Our client, a leading organization in the industrial and construction sector, is seeking a Laborer to join their team. As a Laborer, you will be part of the yard operations supporting the physical handling and organization of materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laborer

Location: Gillette, WY

Pay Range:

Shift: 7am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Experience operating variety of equipment is prefered
• Assist with general yard work and cleanup duties
• Operate a light-duty forklift safely and efficiently
• Move and organize steel materials in the yard
• Perform light to medium lifting of lumber, dunnage, and steel items
• Support other general labor tasks as assigned
