Responsibilities:

• Light cleaning duties inside office buildings
• Maintaining landscaping onsite including but not limited to: mowing, weed-whacking, mulching, etc.
• Assist with onsite operations as needed when instructed by supervisor
• Keeping the onsite roads/surrounding area litter-free

Requirements:

• Must be able to work every other Saturday
• Good communication skills both orally and written
• Must be comfortable and able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Compensation:

• Discussed upon hiring
• Monthly compliance bonus
