Laborer - Paducah, KY

This is a full-time, hourly position.

Position Summary:

Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to:

• Dumping and loading barges and trucks
• Operating a grain dryer
• Assisting with grain handling
• General housekeeping duties
• General maintenance as needed

Job Requirements:

• Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understanding and following safety procedures, and upholding the ADM Code of Conduct
• High school education or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid Driver’s License
• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
• Able to meet physical requirements including prolonged standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and at heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in various conditions (heat, cold, dust), moving up to 50 pounds, and wearing a respirator
• Willing to work overtime and weekends if needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a professional image and positive attitude
• Ability to work near or around dry/liquid fertilizers
• Operate power industrial equipment
• For Barge/Terminal locations: barge loading, deck handling, and working near or on water

ADM requires successful completion of a background check.

Pay range: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on factors such as experience and location.
