Job summary

Liberty Waste Solutions seeks a reliable Laborer to support daily outdoor facility operations, including general labor, site cleanup, and material handling. You will back up the Scale Attendant and possibly operate heavy equipment as needed, learning multiple areas of the operation.

The role requires working outdoors in varying weather, following safety requirements, and participating in daily crew meetings and training sessions. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to learn scale-house operations and heavy-equipment operation.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional communication with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties including litter collection, sweeping, shoveling, pressure washing, and facility cleanup.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized working areas throughout the facility.
• Direct vehicles and customers to unloading areas and assist with traffic control.
• Assist with inspection, sorting, and movement of approved materials.
• Identify and report hazardous or unacceptable materials to the supervisor.
• Complete assigned logs, inspection forms, and equipment checklists accurately and on time.
