• Clean track on track-type equipment and related gear.
• Perform yard work, mowing and paper pickup.
• Operate general site vehicles and equipment (water trucks, pickups, sweepers, mowers, trimming equipment).
• Perform general office maintenance and basic repairs, including painting and janitorial tasks.
• Direct traffic at the site and assist with other duties as assigned.
