Base pay range

$17.00/yr - $20.65/yr

Summary

This position is located at Fort Huachuca Family & Morale, Welfare and Recreation: Mountain View Golf Course. This is a regular Part-Time position, guaranteed 20-39 hours a week, with eligibility to participate in the NAF Employee Benefits Plans.

Weekly reviews and lists are sent to management starting 22 May 2025.

Duties

• Serves as Automotive Detailer performing duties independently or as part of a work crew in an auto craft shop.
• Maintains, adjusts, cleans, lubricates, and changes attachments on vehicle cleaning equipment. Washes and waxes vehicles using ladders and high-pressure sprayers.
• Uses industrial cleaners to clean, protect, and deodorize vehicle interiors, windows, mirrors, and fixtures. Makes minor cosmetic repairs to vehicles.
• Mows grass, trims and edges walkways and lawns. Shovels snow from walks and driveways.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one-year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
• Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.

Qualifications

• Three (3) months of experience directly related to the duties to be performed or experience demonstrating the ability to perform the described duties.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Additional Information

This job does not have an education qualification requirement.

The area of consideration is US Citizens and Non-US Citizens within 80 miles of Fort Huachuca, including Military Spouse Preference (MSP) and Involuntarily Separated Military Preference (ISMP) eligible candidates.
