The role requires a High School Diploma, ability to lift 50+ lbs, willingness to travel, and a reliable, team-oriented work ethic. Hourly pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 with competitive benefits.

Location: Project sites across NYC, Northern New Jersey, and Southern Connecticut

Reports to: Site Superintendents

CMTA, formerly known as AMA Design Build, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to support daily operations on high-end residential and commercial construction projects. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites, as well as protecting newly installed finishes and existing structures.

Role Responsibilities

  • Perform daily site maintenance, including sweeping, trash removal, and debris disposal into designated dumpsters
  • Install temporary protective coverings on floors, walls, and other finished surfaces to prevent damage during construction
  • Assist with general labor tasks needed to support site supervisors and tradespeople
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Travel to job sites throughout NYC, Northern NJ, and Southern CT as required

Education: High School Diploma

Hourly Range: $22.00 - $24.00
