Position Overview:

ADB is a nationwide full turnkey provider of technology infrastructure solutions including Wireline, Wireless, Technology, P&I, and Engineering. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual labor in all weather conditions, including hand digging, utility installation, material handling, ground inspection, and traffic control.
  • Support jobsite setup and cleanup, including truck loading/unloading, photography, traffic cone/sign setup, and equipment prep.
  • Operate basic equipment (directional drill, mini excavator, hydro truck) under supervision.
  • Meet production expectations set by supervisors.
  • Engage in training with experienced team members to learn installations, print reading, and equipment operation.
  • Read and interpret construction prints and drawings.
  • Maintain safety awareness and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met on site.
  • Participate actively in safety practices and standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

The starting pay is $20.00/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
