Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Load and unload equipment.
2. Erect and dismantle scaffolding (5x7x16) and staging.
3. Level ground for scaffolding.
4. Tend mortar and grout.
5. Lift, unload, move, set, shovel mortar and grout between wheelbarrows and buckets.
6. General cleanup and debris removal, including sweeping, washing, unloading, or burning debris.
7. Place, push, pull, and shovel concrete.
8. Vibrate concrete.
9. Provide work direction and guidance to Laborers I, II, Helpers, and Apprentices.
10. Build effective relationships with diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
11. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to work with tools and equipment such as power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies.
• Strong teamwork orientation.
• Positive attitude and professional customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Active listening and effective communication skills, including openness to diverse input and feedback.
