POSITION TITLE: Laborer

CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

Position Overview: ADB is a nationwide full turnkey provider of technology infrastructure solutions, including Wireline, Wireless, Technology, P&I, and Engineering. Our customer-centric approach has ensured long-term relationships with commercial clients, service providers, and government organizations. We seek a Laborer to support outside plant (OSP) installation on various utility construction sites. This entry-level position is ideal for those interested in the telecommunications utility construction industry. The right candidate will be customer and quality-focused, safety-conscious, hardworking, and have an ALL IN attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Perform manual labor in all weather conditions, including hand digging, utility installation, material handling, ground inspection, and traffic control.
  • Assist with jobsite setup and cleanup, including loading/unloading, photography, traffic management, and equipment prep.
  • Operate basic equipment such as directional drills, mini excavators, and hydro trucks under guidance.
  • Meet production expectations set by supervisors and team members.
  • Engage in training alongside experienced workers to learn installations, print reading, and equipment operation.
  • Read and interpret construction prints and drawings.
  • Maintain safety awareness and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Ensure property cleanliness and quality standards are met.
  • Participate actively in safety practices and assessments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience and Education
  • Preferred: 1 year of manual labor experience, willing to train the right candidate.
  • Experience in outdoor weather conditions preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred; Class A CDL strongly preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
