Holder Construction is seeking applicants for the position of Laborer for our project located in Moncks Corner, SC.

The ideal candidate for this job is a team player who thrives in a challenging and fast-paced yet supportive environment. The candidate should have a strong sense of teamwork, the ability to work independently on assignments, handle multiple projects simultaneously while remaining flexible, and work within tight deadlines.

Laborer responsibilities include loading/unloading deliveries, handling/moving jobsite materials, cleaning/preparing workspaces, digging, assisting safety professionals, assisting carpenters, and various other jobsite operations.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of construction experience and an understanding of safety protocols and general constructability knowledge. This position provides primary support to our field supervision and requires demonstrating ownership of assigned tasks, maintaining professionalism, and using critical thinking to solve issues.

Qualified candidates must be agile and mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods, use fingers, hands, and arms to reach, handle, and manipulate objects, climb ladders, scaffolds, and other structures, work on uneven surfaces and heights, read and write, and see and hear well either naturally or with correction. Candidates must be able to lift and carry materials weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.

Applicants must be able to work in an OSHA-compliant safety environment, outdoors, and be available for overtime and weekend hours. Punctuality and promptness are essential.
