H older Construction is currently seeking an experienced Laborer to support our project located in Fort Wayne.

The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced, yet supportive environment. They should have a strong sense of teamwork, the ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and remain flexible within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

1. Performing manual labor tasks such as lifting/moving materials, loading/unloading vehicles, digging, site cleaning, fencing & signage maintenance, and assisting with access control.
2. Using tools and equipment like forklifts, levels, lifts, pressure washers, and water spray equipment.
3. Supporting craft workers with their duties.

Qualifications: At least 1 year of construction experience, understanding of safety protocols, and general constructability knowledge.

The role requires physical agility, alertness, ability to stand/walk for long periods, manipulate objects, climb ladders/scaffolds, work at heights, and lift/carry materials weighing 50-100 lbs. 75% of the time.

Must work in an OSHA-compliant environment, outdoors, and be available for overtime/weekend hours. Punctuality is essential.
