Holder Construction is currently seeking experienced Laborer to support our project located at the Denver airport.

The perfect person for this job is a team player who thrives in a challenging and fast-paced yet supported environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of teamwork, the ability to work independently on assignments, handle multiple projects at one time while remaining flexible, and work within tight deadlines.

Laborer will be responsible for performing a variety of manual labor tasks, including, but not limited to, lifting and moving materials, loading and unloading vehicles, digging and refilling holes, misc. cleaning tasks, site fencing & signage maintenance, assisting with access control at gates and other activities in a helping or assisting mode. Duties will include cleaning and preparing a job site, loading and delivering materials and using a variety of tools and machines, such as forklifts, levels, lifts, pressure washers and water spraying equipment. The position will also assist craft workers with their duties.

The ideal candidate will possess 1 year of construction experience and an understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge. This position will provide primary support to our field supervision and must demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, maintain professionalism, and use critical thinking to solve issues. Salary is between $18.50 to $27.50 per hour and is determined by experience.

Qualified candidates for the position listed above must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects, work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and have the ability to see & hear well either naturally or with correction. Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.

Individuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment, work outside and must be able to work overtime and weekend hours. Punctuality and promptness are required every day.
