M J & H Fabrication is seeking dependable Laborers and Helpers to support shop and field operations. This position assists welders, fitters, and fabrication personnel with material handling, equipment operation, shop maintenance, and general labor tasks. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, hardworking, and eager to learn the fabrication industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist welders, fitters, and fabrication personnel as needed.
• Move, organize, and stage materials for production.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment.
• Clean and prepare materials for fabrication and welding.
• Grind, deburr, and finish fabricated parts.
• Load and unload trucks and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with shop cleanup and housekeeping duties.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous construction, manufacturing, or fabrication experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the workday.
