Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Laborer to perform general labor duties at hauling facilities, transfer stations, and landfills. You will clean sites, fuel vehicles, and help with track maintenance while supporting yard work and basic office tasks.

The role includes operating light site vehicles and assisting with safety and daily tasks. Compensation ranges from $15.65 to $21.50 per hour depending on location, with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance,

Responsibilities

• Clean up work areas
• Fuel vehicles and equipment
• Clean track on track type and related equipment
• Perform yard work, including mowing and paper pick up
• Operate general site vehicles and equipment, such as water trucks, pick up trucks, sweepers, mowers, trimming equipment, etc.
• Perform general office maintenance and repairs, including painting and janitorial work
• Install temporary wind fences, as required
• Direct traffic at the site as necessary
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
