• Plant cleanup using shovels, water hoses, and skid loaders
• Assist with preventative maintenance of pulleys, bearings, gearboxes, idlers, belting, etc.
• Assist with repair work on wear plates, rock chutes, belt splicing, changing idlers, and bearings
• Keep all travel ways clear of spillage to ensure safe access for personnel
• Clean up spillage around conveyors and crushers to maintain production
• Safely operate tools and equipment including walk-behind loaders, skid loaders, power washers, hammer drills, and grinders
• Maintain an orderly work environment by cleaning and storing tools and parts properly
• Complete tasks efficiently and on time
• Communicate with plant operators about issues observed during the shift
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, company policies, and procedures; MSHA Part 46 training is a plus
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

What we are looking for:

• Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, twisting, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, reaching, grasping, squatting, repetitive motions, manipulative finger movements, wrist use, foot use, arm movements, working in all weather conditions, heights, lifting up to 75 lbs., working in confined spaces, and wearing PPE

Hourly pay rate: $17.00 - $20.00
