Job summary

Structis is seeking construction laborers to support the installation of gypsum and concrete-based products on projects in New England. You will handle gypcrete products, pour and finish floors, and assist with material handling across multiple sites. The role requires basic hand-tool skills, ability to read a tape measure, reliability, and the stamina to lift up to 80 lbs.

• Must know basic hand tools.
• Basic knowledge of reading a tape measure.
• Hard-working and goal-oriented.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to drive to various project sites.
• Able to multi-task.
• Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments as required.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 80lbs of product repetitively.
• Previous construction experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support installation of gypsum and concrete-based products.
• Break open bags of gypcrete and pour into mixer.
• Set up hose for pouring and connect to mixer.
• Operate bobcat to move sand into mixer.
• Finish poured Gypcrete floor.
• Carry supplies onto job site and pick up/deliver as needed.
• Assist other crew members as necessary.
• Use small tools and perform basic equipment repair.

Primary Objective

Our construction laborers support the install of gypsum and concrete based products.

• Breaking open bags of gypcrete and pouring them into a mixer
• Setting up the hose for pouring and connecting to the mixer
• Operating a bobcat to move sand into the mixer
• Finish the poured Gypcrete floor
• Carrying supplies onto a job site
• Pick up or deliver supplies as needed
• Assist other crew members as necessary
• Use small tools and perform basic equipment repair
