APIC Solutions is seeking dependable General Laborers to join our Electrical Construction team for Project Miner Buildings A & C. You will support our crews by spotting overhead work, handling materials, and maintaining a safe, organized field.

You will gain hands-on construction skills while following safety protocols and company standards on site. Prior construction experience is preferred, and a strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to climb heights and work at elevation.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions.
• Willingness to learn and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform spotting for overhead work on man lifts to ensure worker safety and project compliance.
• Assist electrical crews with material handling, preparation, and staging.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by removing debris and hazards.
• Clean and prepare construction sites according to project requirements.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working order.
• Follow all safety protocols, company standards, and site-specific regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned

In this role, you will provide essential support to our electrical construction crews by performing spotting and labor support on overhead work with man lifts. You will play a critical role in ensuring project safety, efficiency, and success while learning valuable construction skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform spotting for overhead work on man lifts to ensure worker safety and project compliance
