Niagara Falls Culinary Institute (NFCI) is seeking a dedicated and reliable Laborer to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen in the Savor Restaurant. The role involves performing unskilled and semi-skilled manual work, including washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment, and maintaining the cleanliness of floors.
This position requires lifting heavy objects frequently and may involve cleaning tasks both indoors and outdoors, including parking lots and hallways. Work is performed under the direct supervision of the Assistant Vice President of Academic Affairs and Faculty.
This position offers a consistent 40-hour work week with evening shifts and occasional Saturdays. Benefits include participation in the NYS Retirement System and generous paid time off.
Possession of a valid New York State Motor Vehicle license to operate assigned vehicles at time of appointment and throughout employment.
