SWP Contracting & Paving, LLC is looking to hire full-time Laborers with landscaping and/or construction experience to support our government contracts in Del Rio, TX.

Responsibilities

• Clearing and prepping vegetation around construction sites.
• Controlling traffic around work zones.
• Performing general construction labor duties, including using hand and power tools and moving materials.
• Signaling equipment operators to align and adjust machinery.
• Loading, unloading materials, machinery, and tools, and distributing them.
• Following company operational processes, health and safety policies, and applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in construction or landscaping.
• Passing company background and drug tests.
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor in adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, climb, bend, and crouch for long periods.
