Responsibilities

• General and final cleanup.
• Distribute and clean power hand-tools, extension cords, and generators.
• Dewatering setup with water pumps and hoses.
• Move formwork, lumber, steel, and other materials.
• Hand excavation and backfill.
• Hand grade sub-base.
• Place vapor barrier and board insulation.
• Place and tier steel.
• Pour concrete from truck, pump, bucket, or conveyor.
• Strip and oil formwork; perform demolition of masonry, drywall and ceilings.
• Use demolition tools (jackhammer, air tools, sledgehammer).
• Use cutoff saw and a cutting torch as directed by supervisor.
• Other tasks as directed by supervisor.

• General / selective demolition of masonry, drywall, plaster, partitions of all types, ceilings of all types, finishes of all types
• Use of demolition tools: jack hammer, air tools,sledge hammer, etc.
• Use of cutoff saw
• Use a cutting torch
• Other tasks as directed by supervisor
