Champion Installs, Inc. is seeking Traveling Install Crew Team Leads to oversee retail fixture installations, new store openings, and remodels nationwide. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to travel extensively across the country.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of leadership and retail fixture installation experience, are comfortable with travel up to four weeks at a time, and can manage crews effectively while adhering to project timelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience leading crews of 5 or more
• 2+ years of retail fixture installation experience
• 2+ years of merchandising and planogram experience
• Experience leading new store openings or major remodels
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using tablets, email, and basic computer applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to rent and drive company rental vehicles
• Ability to travel for extended periods (up to four weeks at a time)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work
