Job summary

Champion Installs, Inc. is seeking experienced Install Crew Team Leads to oversee nationwide retail fixture installations, remodels, and new store setups. This role emphasizes leadership with hands-on installation and merchandising experience, with travel and per diem support.

Ideal candidates are strong leaders who can motivate crews, ensure quality results, and manage travel logistics for extended assignments across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience leading crews of 5 or more
• 2+ years of retail fixture installation experience
• 2+ years of merchandising and planogram experience
• Experience with new store openings or major remodels
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with tablets, email, and basic computer applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel for extended periods (up to four weeks at a time)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work

Responsibilities
