Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or 2 years of equivalent work experience
• Ability to complete Construction First Time (FTR) certification within 60 days of hire
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (for Laborer I and above)
• Ability to develop knowledge of construction, National Electrical Code, OSHA, and safety standards; physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift up to 80 lbs., and work outdoors in various weather
• Ability to work more than 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable and predictable attendance
