Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in high school, at least 16 years of age.
• Interested in construction, engineering or skilled trades.
• Ability to work in a physical, outdoor environment (lift, carry, stand, bend, etc.).
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and learning.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.

• Communicate effectively with crew.
