Job Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer and assist in loading blast holes
• Assist equipment operators and blasters at blast sites, ensuring safety
• Follow safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions
• Report incidents and hazards
• Support safety programs and participate in training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Good work habits; manual labor experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
