Job summary

Ellingson is hiring a Laborer to join their growing team in Rochester, MN. The role is full-time, non-exempt, with travel to job sites (100%). Base pay ranges from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, with lodging provided and per diem for travel days.

The Laborer will follow company policies and safety regulations, communicate with the Job Site Foreman, and assist all crew members. A high school diploma or GED is required, or related experience. Stand/walk most of the day and use hand tools.

• Positive attitude, ability to learn, follow instructions, and show up on time to work every day.
• Travel will be required. Hotel is paid for and per diem is received for travel days.
• Stand/walk most of the day, kneeling, squatting, using a ladder, operating hand tools.

Requirements

• Travel will be required. Hotel is paid for and per diem is received for each day that an employee travels.
• Standings/walking most of the day, kneeling, squatting, using a ladder, operating hand tools, etc.
