Job summary

Ellingson is hiring a Laborer to join their growing team. The Laborer will perform hands-on labor on underground construction crews, outdoor work in all conditions, with a 23-days-on/5-days-off rotation and travel for job sites across North Dakota and the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be centralized out of Fargo, ND (or within a one-hour drive).
• Willing to travel on a 23-days-on/5-days-off rotation.
• Entry-level welcome; good work history and life experience preferred, not years of experience.
• Must want to work outdoors.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record; able to obtain a DOT medical card with onboarding assistance.

Responsibilities

• Represent Ellingson to customers, employees, and community members in a professional and courteous manner.

• Perform hands-on labor on underground construction crews, working outdoors in all conditions.
• Travel to job sites for 3-week minimum rotations, following a 23-days-on/5-days-off schedule (this schedule applies even when working locally).
• Represent Ellingson to customers, employees, and community members in a professional and courteous manner.
• Show up ready to work and learn the trade from experienced crew members.

Requirements:

• Must be centralized out of Fargo, ND (or within a one-hour drive).
• Willing to travel on a 23days on and 5 days off rotation.
• Entry-level welcome - we're looking for a good work history and some life experience, not years of experience.
• Must want to work outdoors.
• Valid driver's license required with a good driving record; must be able to obtain a DOT medical card (Ellingson will help you get this during onboarding) to drive a company pickup truck.

Please note work is confirmed through January, with occasional furlough possible after that depending on job load.
