Advanced Industries LLC in Missouri is seeking a General Laborer to support fabricating aluminum and steel products for the Department of Defense. You will follow work instructions, read drawings and measurements, and assist the production team to keep a clean, organized, and 6S-compliant workplace.

Ideal candidates have prior laborer experience in manufacturing, a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and meticulous attention to detail.

We are looking for the next addition to our award-winning team!!

Laborer Responsibilities:

• - Operate general shop machinery and hand tools to surface prep and assemble product
• - Read tape measure, calipers, and drawings
• - Assist other team members as needed
• - Actively participate in all 6S processes within the assigned department
• - Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:

• - Previous laborer experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• - Ability to read tape measure, calipers, and operate hand tools
• - Strong work ethic and attendance are very important
• - Attention to detail

As a general laborer, you will play a crucial role in the overall production of our manufactured items! You will be responsible for following work instructions to prep and assemble material per your lead's direction. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a superior attendance record, and motivation to succeed!
