Snelling Staffing Greenville is hiring for Textile Sorting & Baling Contractors in Williamston, SC. We have 3 contractor positions paying $17.00 per hour on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.
You will inspect, sort, and bale textile materials, ensuring safety and quality to support storage and shipping. Candidates should have warehouse or textile handling experience, be prepared for background and drug screening, and bring steel-toe boots.

We are seeking 3 reliable and detail-oriented Contractors to join our team for Textile Sorting and Baling operations. In this role, you will inspect, sort, and process incoming textile materials, as well as operate baling equipment to package materials safely and efficiently for storage and shipping.
Inspect and sort incoming textile materials according to grade, material type, and quality standards.
Load materials into industrial balers and operate baling machinery safely.
Secure, label, and move finished bales to designated storage or staging areas.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and facility protocols.
Experience: Prior experience in warehouse work, manufacturing, textile handling, or baling equipment operation preferred.

Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
6-inch Steel-Toe Boots are required on day one (must be provided by the worker).
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, push, and pull textile materials (up to [e.g., 50 lbs] regularly).
Work safely in a light-industrial plant environment.
