Cobra Environmental Inc is seeking a Field Laborer to support underground infrastructure rehabilitation projects in the Riviera Beach area. You will join a tight-knit field crew, assisting with CCTV, vacuum, and lining teams while following safety protocols and growing toward operator or foreman roles.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down active jobsites with traffic control and signage.
• Assist CCTV, vacuum truck, and lining crews with hoses, cables, and equipment.
• Support CIPP liner handling, installation, and curing operations under supervision.
• Help install and remove pipe plugs, bypass pumps, and temporary flow piping.
• Maintain safe jobsite conditions and assist with manholes and confined-space entries.
• Complete site restoration tasks including asphalt touch-ups, sodding, and concrete patching.
• Load and organize trucks, trailers, and tools at yards and sites.

You will join a tight-knit field operations crew performing critical underground infrastructure rehabilitation and pipe cleaning. How You Will Make An Impact

• Set up and break down active jobsites, including traffic control devices, cones, signage, and barricades.
• Assist CCTV, vacuum truck, and lining crews with handling hoses, cables, ropes, tools, and heavy equipment.
• Support CIPP liner handling, installation, and cure operations under direct field supervisor guidance.
• Help install and remove pipe plugs, bypass pumps, and temporary flow piping.
• Maintain safe jobsite conditions while assisting with manhole setups and confined-space entries.
• Complete physical site restoration tasks including asphalt touch-ups, sodding, and concrete patching.
• Load, organize, and clean trucks, trailers, and specialized tools at the yard and project sites.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• High dependability with a strong work ethic and commitment to punctual, early-morning starts.
• Physical capability to lift 50–75 lbs, work on your feet continuously, and perform outdoor labor in Florida weather.
• Willingness to work safely around traffic, sewer environments, and confined spaces.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and verbal directions as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in general construction, utilities, plumbing, or underground civil work.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and an interest in earning a CDL Class B.
• Basic experience using standard hand and power tools.
• Active OSHA 10, Flagger, MOT/TTC, or Confined Space Entry certifications.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
