Our Energy operations consist of natural gas gathering systems, distribution services maintenance, facilities construction, and water distribution. Reporting to the appropriate Site Supervisor, the Utility Labourer will be responsible to ensure the achievement of general and specific project requirements.

What You'll Do Here:

• Prepare and clean up construction sites.
• Move materials and equipment and perform demolition, excavation, and compaction activities.
• Handle and distribute construction materials (e.g. load and unload vehicles with supplies, equipment, and construction materials; move tools, equipment, and construction materials to and from work areas; remove rubble and other debris).
• Excavate, backfill, and compact subgrade (e.g. move and level earth using shovels and rakes, operate pneumatic tampers).
• Assemble shoring and barricades at construction sites.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
• Perform repetitive movements.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Adapt to continuously changing work tasks.
• Ability to work a significant number of hours throughout the day.
• Ability to lift and work with materials weighing up to 25 kg.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and environments.
