Job summary

RailWorks is seeking Track Laborers to join their team in St. Augustine, Florida. This role involves hands-on work at construction sites, supporting rail infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to start a career in rail construction, even with little or no prior experience. The position offers competitive pay up to $20/hour, paid travel, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) with company match and performance

Qualifications

• 0-12 months of relevant construction experience
• Ability to understand and follow safety rules, policies, procedures, and regulations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in harsh weather conditions
• Comfort working around loud noise, live tracks/trains, and high voltage
• Must wear appropriate safety equipment (safety glasses, boots, hard hats, hearing protection)
