You will work with skilled technicians and project managers to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. The ideal candidate is safety‑minded, eager to learn, able to follow directions, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate hand tools and basic power tools safely.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing, if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with demolition, cleanup, and reconstruction activities.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Perform general labor duties including lifting, digging, sweeping, and debris removal.
• Assist with framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and finish work as assigned.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Work collaboratively with project managers and crew members to complete projects on schedule.
• Communicate professionally with customers when working in occupied homes or businesses.
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or job site hazards promptly.
• Participate in emergency response work, including after‑hours or on‑call assignments, as needed.
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools in clean working condition.

Position Overview

• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Work in confined spaces, elevated areas, and active construction environments.
• Operate company vehicles, ladders, hand tools, and power tools safely.
• Be exposed to dust, noise, debris, moving equipment, and other typical construction site conditions while using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
