The Laborer performs a variety of manual labor tasks under direct supervision. This is a hands‑on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, supporting a team, and working outdoors in varying conditions.

Job Title: General Laborer

Location: Peoria, IL

Pay Rate: $18.00-20.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lift and move materials as directed.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Dig, refill holes, and assist with site cleanup.
• Perform general labor activities as needed.
• Follow directions from supervisors and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Must have 6‑inch lace‑up work boots.
• 0–4 years of prior related experience.

Work Environment

• Physical labor is a major component of the role.
• Must be able to handle objects weighing up to 30 pounds for most of the workday.
