Duties and Responsibilities

• Remove debris, trash, furniture, and other unwanted materials from residential and commercial properties.
• Clean and prepare properties by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and performing general housekeeping tasks.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Assist with basic demolition, landscaping, and property maintenance when required.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Report property damage, hazards, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Work effectively as part of a team while completing assignments efficiently and professionally.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Previous general labor, cleanup, construction, landscaping, or property maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
