Laborers - Earthwork Construction - Pearland, TX

Phillips, Inc. is seeking Laborers for their Earthwork Construction team in Pearland, Texas. These individuals will perform a variety of physical tasks at construction sites, supporting other workers and ensuring site safety. The ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and able to handle physically demanding work in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Need

• Ability to perform physical labor at construction sites
• Willingness to operate hand and power tools (air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, etc.)
• Ability to clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces, erect scaffolding, and clean up debris
• Ability to load, unload, and distribute building materials and tools
• Willingness to control traffic and signal equipment operators (training provided)
• Ability to enter trenches and/or confined spaces after receiving proper training
• Successful completion of a pre-employment physical examination
• Understanding and compliance with safety considerations and supervisor directions
