Responsibilities

• Load, unload, or identify materials, machinery, or tools and distribute them to locations.
• Control traffic near work zones with training provided.
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment/movement of machinery.
• Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact earth.
• May enter trenches or confined spaces after training.
• Understand and comply with safety considerations as directed.

Education
