WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Laborer to maintain appearance and environmental compliance at our facility. The role involves monitoring areas for litter, disposing waste into containers, and cleaning breakrooms and the maintenance shop.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with PPE and clear safety expectations. We offer competitive pay ($18–$20 per hour), robust benefits, and a strong 401(k) with company match.

Job description

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Laborer who is confident and enthusiastic individual and can maintain the appearance and environmental compliance at the Facility. This position will require high visibility to traffic and must wear PPE to keep eye to eye contact with other employees.

Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements:

• Reach with hands and arms
• Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet
• Occasionally must be able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
