Tarkett Sports Construction is seeking a Laborer to support project teams by keeping the job site clean, safe, and organized while assisting with general construction tasks.

You will perform light carpentry, assist field installation, manage materials deliveries, and help maintain site conditions across all phases. This is an onsite role requiring reliable transportation and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a construction laborer or in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in varying weather.
• Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces when required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to site safety.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist construction crews by organizing materials and maintaining a clean, safe job site.
• Maintain interior and exterior site conditions throughout all phases of construction.
• Perform site cleanup duties including loading/unloading deliveries and sweeping.
• Receive deliveries, verify quantities, and inventory materials.
• Ensure waste containers are managed and debris disposed of properly.
• Support site safety by identifying hazards and informing the PM/Superintendent.
• Perform light carpentry work as needed.
• Assist with field installation work as needed.

We are seeking an experienced Laborer to manage our complex and dynamic projects and grow with the company. Working Onsite from our Conshohocken, Pennsylvania office.

The Laborer will be reporting to the Director of Project Management at Tarkett Sports Construction. The Construction Laborer supports project teams by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site while assisting with general construction tasks. This role is essential to keeping projects on schedule and ensuring high standards of safety and workmanship are upheld at all times.

What You'll Do

• Assist construction crews by organizing materials and maintaining a clean, safe job site.
• Maintain both interior and exterior job site conditions throughout all phases of construction and renovation.
• Perform site cleanup duties including piling lumber, sorting materials, loading/unloading deliveries, sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Receive deliveries, verify quantities, and inventory job site materials.
• Ensure all waste containers are properly managed, and debris is disposed of in designated construction waste bins.
• Support site safety by identifying and reporting potential hazards or deficiencies to the Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Perform light carpentry work as needed.
• Assist with field installation work as needed.

Experience & Education Desired:

• Proven experience as a construction laborer or in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks including standing, bending, and working in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces when required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to job site safety.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
