Responsibilities

• Spot for equipment operators and help protect existing underground utilities.
• Assist with placing pipe, conduit, cable, and other underground utility materials.
• Set up trench boxes, shoring, traffic control, and safety measures.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment as needed.
• Wash, clean, and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Report damaged tools, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Follow OSHA, DOT, and company safety procedures; wear PPE.

## Laborer- CDL Required***Now Hiring: Laborer – Underground Utility Construction | Selcon Construction***Selcon Construction is hiring Laborers to support underground utility construction crews. This role is hands-on, physical, and outdoors. Laborers will assist Equipment Operators and Foremen with site prep, trenching, excavation support, utility installation, spotting, backfilling, cleanup, and general crew support.This is a traveling role.
