Job summary

McGough Construction is seeking an entry-level Laborer for full-time, union-pay-scale work in Midland, Texas. This opportunity supports apprenticeship or journeyman pathways and is paid on an hourly wage basis.

Responsibilities include demolition, placing concrete, tending bricklayers and carpenters, riggers, general cleanup and final cleaning, with most work performed outdoors. This position requires a physically demanding environment and outdoor conditions.
