Job summary

Machitech is seeking a hands-on Laborer in Kentucky to support manufacturing and warehouse operations. The role involves material handling, order preparation, and the operation of processing equipment to help maintain safe, organized, and efficient production flows.

The Laborer will assist with loading/unloading, shipping/receiving, and documentation, while ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and teamwork to meet daily objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience with processing equipment and hand tools.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus.
• Valid driver\'s license is required.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy loads.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate various processing equipment, including sawing, cutting, and drilling tools.
• Assist with the receiving and shipping of materials and goods.
• Prepare orders and complete required documentation.
• Perform inventory and merchandise rotation activities.
• Assist with loading and unloading transport vehicles.
• Move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes when required.
• Follow all occupational health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience with various processing equipment and hand tools.
