Job summary

Helitech-2 in Lincoln, IL seeks a Foreman-in-Training to join a crew performing concrete labor, digging, and material handling. You will follow directions, work as part of a team, and develop toward a foreman role on job sites.

We offer full-time hours, 8–10 hour shifts, occasional Saturdays, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and time off, and overtime pay. A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay & Advancement

• Starting pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour
• Foreman-in-Training program available for qualified candidates
• Additional license requirements for Foremen.
