Job summary

Bridgepoint, LLC is seeking a Golf Course Groundskeeper for a six-to-nine-month travel assignment in Hawaii. You will maintain the course’s appearance and playability, mow, rake bunkers, and setup tee markers daily while operating a range of equipment.

Travel, hotel and two meals per day are included. The role requires prior groundskeeping experience on a golf course, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working outdoors in diverse conditions.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate or live in Hawaii for 6–9 months.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Mow fairways, greens, tees, and roughs with power and hand tools.
• Rake bunkers, repair divots, and set tee markers and hole locations daily.
• Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and utility vehicles.
• Water turf, trees, and plants as directed; assist irrigation maintenance.
• Apply seed, fertilizer, and topdressing as instructed.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain grounds and maintenance buildings; ensure safety.

This Hotel Golf Course groundskeeper position is Travel Task Force and will work and live in Hawaii. We pay all travel, Hotel and Two Meals per day. This is for six to nine months. Will share hotel room with another employee.

Position Summary:

The Golf Course Worker is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, condition, and playability of the golf course. This position performs a variety of landscaping, mowing, and course setup tasks to ensure a high-quality experience for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow fairways, greens, tees, and roughs using power and hand equipment.
• Rake and maintain bunkers, repair divots, and set up tee markers and hole locations daily.
• Operate a variety of equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and utility vehicles.
• Water turf, trees, and plants as directed; assist with irrigation system maintenance.
• Apply seed, fertilizer, and topdressing as instructed.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of maintenance buildings and grounds.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions.
• Assist with course projects such as aeration, sod installation, drainage, and landscaping.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods.
• Tolerance for outdoor work in hot, cold, or wet conditions.
