Continuum Environmental Services Ltd. is hiring a Construction Laborer to support daily operations on our job sites nationwide. You will assist skilled trades, keep work areas clean and safe, and perform a variety of general labor tasks.

This role requires travel, physical endurance, and the ability to handle heavy lifting in harsh conditions. Candidates with landfill or construction experience are preferred. Fluency in multiple languages and any relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Willingness to travel 3–6 weeks at a time with hotel lodging.
• Capable of walking long distances, lifting/carrying 50+ lbs and working long hours.
• Able to operate vehicles and smaller machinery safely.
• Experience in Landfill or Construction industries is preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages is desirable.
• Certifications or training are a bonus.

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to support daily operations on our job sites. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and performing a variety of general labor tasks.

Requirements

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Must be willing to travel 3-6 weeks at a time, with one week spent at home each month, and comfortable with lodging in hotels.
• Must be capable of walking long distances, working extended hours, and lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, lift, push, pull, bend and twist.
• Ability to carry 50+ lbs.
• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in safely operating vehicles and equipment, including pickup trucks and smaller machinery.
• The ability to work safely in extreme hot and cold weather conditions.
• Having previous experience in Landfill or Construction industries is preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages is desirable.
• Possession of specialized certifications or training is considered a bonus.
