WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 18+ years old
• Ability to perform physical requirements, lift 50+ lbs., and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to read a tape measure, use general hand tools, wear PPE, and follow safety guidelines
• Dependability, hard-working spirit, and ability to follow instructions
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Ability to acquire a DOT medical card

OUR IDEAL LABORER

• 1+ years of experience in construction, concrete finishing, asphalt paving, site grading, pavement maintenance, or related labor work
• Ability to pass the DOT physical to drive company vehicles not requiring a CDL
• Ability to read blueprints and measurements
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment

DAY-TO-DAY

Our Laborers are crucial parts of our construction projects, working closely with supervisors, foremen, and other trades members to complete prompt, safe, and high-quality work. You assist during our concrete and asphalt installation and repair projects by helping prepare work sites, performing physical labor, and following directions. As you work, you follow all quality standards and safety protocols.

You use various hand and power tools - as well as operate trucks and trailers - to get the job done well. Your responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, setting up and breaking down sites and temporary structures, and organizing tools. You also mix, pour, and place concrete and asphalt as instructed.
