Job summary

SpawGlass is seeking a Laborer in the United States, Texas, College Station to support high-quality and safe construction projects. You will work with project teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in alignment with project expectations.

Responsibilities include site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and basic building tasks, with opportunities to support skilled trades and learn operation of power tools.

Qualifications

• Previous experience on commercial construction sites preferred.
• Ability to assist with site prep, material staging, debris removal, and support tasks for skilled trades.
• Understanding of basic construction practices, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with strong attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift heavy materials, work in outdoor conditions, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day.

Job description

As our Laborer, you will support high quality and safe construction projects by working closely with project teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in alignment with project expectations.

You will perform a variety of construction activities including site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and basic building tasks. You will also help maintain a clean, organized, and hazard free job site while supporting skilled trades in completing project scopes.

Experienced laborers may take on additional responsibilities such as operating power tools, equipment operation support, assisting with layout tasks, and helping drive continuous improvement on the jobsite.

Successful laborers in this role are dedicated to safety, teamwork, reliability, and delivering quality results in a fast paced construction environment.
