• Performs a variety of general manual labor tasks under direct supervision. Common tasks are shovel work,u00A0sweeping, lifting, cleaning, and acting as a spotter.
• Uses various tools and equipment to support production operations such as skid steer shovels or other equipmentu00A0to remove excess material from beneath the plant.
• Assists Plant Operators, Equipment Operators, and Maintenance Crew with daily duties/projects as requested.
• Follow all safety and environmental rules and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Must be safety conscious, dependable, motivated, and possess a positive attitude in working with others as a team.
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs
• Previous construction or industry experience is a bonus but not required.

All duties require outside assignments and periods of work in all weather conditions, cold, wet or dry, and dusty. Must be able to work in areas where noise levels are up to 85 dbs.
